Treated wastes and operation
With EE AMR-100 you can treat different types of waste. RSU, used tires, sanitation, plastic, oil sludge, wood waste and paper.


Municipal solid waste that can be treated must not have more than 20% humidity otherwise they should be pre-treated. This include:

-Household waste including bulky items, from commercial and residential origin
-Non-hazardous wastes from other origin similar to MSU
-Waste from road cleaning;
-Garbage lying on roads and public areas subject to public use or on seas and lakes and on the banks of waterways;
- Vegetation waste from green areas
- Wastes from excavations and other wastes from cemeteries.


Let's start by saying that plastics are most artificial substances. These materials now play a crucial role in our daily lives. Their relatively low cost, their lightness, the versatility of their mechanical properties make them as important as metal. Plastics are synthetic resins obtained through chemical processes, starting from very simple organic compounds, derived from petroleum hydrocarbons or fossil carbon. They produce many types of pollution and therefore, thanks to their high calorific power; they are among the most productive types of waste for our EE AMR-100.

Medical / Sanitary Waste

From public / private facilities that carry out medical / veterinary activities for prevention, diagnosis, care, rehabilitation and research. They are identified as follows:

• Non-hazardous medical waste;
• sanitary waste similar to municipal waste;
• Hazardous medical waste without risk of infection;
• hazardous medical waste with risk of infection;
• Medical waste requiring special disposal methods;
• Waste from exhumations,
• Special waste produced outside of healthcare facilities, similar to hazardous waste with infectious risk, excluding sanitary pads


Wood biomass is a source of renewable energy. From the treatment we can obtain various reusable materials such as fuel oil (Synoil) and electricity. Paper waste is a big component of many landfills, accounting for about 35% of municipal solid waste. World paper consumption has increased by 400% over the past 40 years with 35% of trees harvested and used for papermaking. It is estimated that about 18 million acres of forest are lost every year, equal to a loss of 20 football pitches every minute. The loss of forests contributes between 12 and 17% of global annual greenhouse gas emissions.


Sludge from purifiers, oil sludge or hydrocarbon sludge, industrial sludge, etc. Sludge treatment is very interesting in terms of the quality of by-products , the more organic material they hold the richer they are;
There are sludge’s from urban purifiers, canals and rivers drainage, sludge and sewage, impregnated with various vegetable / synthetic / chlorinated minerals / paint / tanneries / scrubbers / food factories etc. All These types can be treated to obtain Syngas, Synoil and Ash.


Used tires represent a large part of special waste due to the rapid development of the automotive industry over the last few decades. Every year there are millions of tons of used tires on each continent, and their disposal is vital for the ecosystem, as well as being extremely beneficial for the production of SYNOIL and high quality ash, which can be achieved through the process of disposal by Ekomachine EE AMR-100
